About Carmen
I am a retired graphic design instructor, author and artist and I live in Sonoma County with my husband, Greg Sheldon. For over thirty years, I was the Coordinator of the Graphic Design Program at Santa Rosa Junior College. I love design and teaching students how to create effective visual communications using their creativity and computer skills. Nevertheless, I enjoy the hands-on directness of creating fine art pieces. Now that I don’t have the time-consuming responsibility of running a program and teaching a full load of classes, I am finding the time to share my creativity with the public.
